STOMP put on a blooming good display at Chelsea
Earlier this month STOMP had the privilege of performing at the RHS Chelsea Flower Show.
The al fresco performance marked the official opening of this prestigious event and welcomed a star-studded audience to the garden of seven-time award winner Adam Frost.
Adam’s garden – The Homebase Urban Retreat Garden, in partnership with Macmillan Cancer Support – was inspired by the Bauhaus movement and specifically the work of modernist architect Marcel Breuer.
VIPs and celebrities including, Alan Titchmarsh, Christopher Biggins, Paul Smith, Samantha Bond, Claire Price, Chris Robshaw, Matt Baker and many more braved the very British weather to get a first look at the gardens on the first day of this very British event.
Take a look at the video below to see snippets of STOMP’s performance.
The garden combines a balance of nature and the man-made environment and celebrates the importance of incorporating green spaces into our towns and cities. The garden is intended to sit comfortably in the urban environment and form a place for a small inner-city community to come together.
STOMP sends our congratulations to Adam on his much deserved Gold Medal.
